Mesh Equine Gates - FAQ
Here at Peak Road we always get asked the difference between the equine gates we supply... so here it is in a nutshell.
Heavy Duty Mesh Equine Gate
These in comparison to the Welded Mesh Gates are made of 42mm x 2.3mm pipe (10mm thicker than the Welded Mesh Gates), the mesh is 50mm x 50mm x 5mm (1mm thicker than the Welded Mesh Gates) and these have welded hinges.
Meaning overall they are slightly more heavy duty and if you are hanging these in a brand new gateways they are super easily to hung as you will be install gate gudgeons as you go.
However if you are wanting to hang these in existing gateways you may need to remove and move any exiting gate gudgeons to make sure they align with the welded hinges.
They do certainly look the part once hung!
