Shipping policy

Shipping Only available in New Zealand

We subsidise shipping as much as possible and offer options to send your new items to Residential addresses as well as Rural.  Shipping will be automatically added at check out depending on what you have ordered.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number, it is then your responsibly to track your order once it has been shipped.

We use NZ Post for the majority of orders.

With the exception of larger items like the Horse Safe Gates delivered via Main Freight and other transport agents around NZ dependent on where you are based.

Click & Collect (Pick-up)

Pick up from our Stables is of course Free, we will contact you once your order is placed and send you all the details regarding your collection plus arrange a time that suits you best.

Collections available most days.

If you need an urgent pick up of bedding due to injury please message us via Facebook or Email below and we will do our very best to ensure you have what you need any day and time of the week.

We are located on Peak Road, Kaukapakapa, near the Golf Course if you know the area. Kaukapakapa is just north/ west of the Auckland City Centre.

Our address and collection instructions will be sent once your order has been received. 

There are also options to collect any of our items from Mount Wellington on weekdays (excluding Gates) or Karaka if that is easier for you, this can be arranged in advance but is not available for same day pick-ups.

Gates:

Gates can be shipped to your closest depot for collection or direct to your door should you have a forklift available to unload  - please contact us to arrange.

X-Large Items: (like our bedding, large hay-feeders, troughs etc) are only available via pick-up.
