Refund policy
RETURNS
The item(s) must be returned to us within 10 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original packaging and tags still intact.
You must contact us via email (peakroadnz@gmail.com) so that we are aware of your return and why you are returning your item. You will then be given a Returns Number that needs to be clearly labelled on the outside of your parcel.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 10 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original packaging and tags still intact.
You must contact us via email (peakroadnz@gmail.com) so that we are aware of your exchange and what you are wanting to exchange your item for to avoid disappointment with sold outs or discontinued styles. You will then be given a Exchange Number that needs to be clearly labelled on the outside of your parcel.
SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED (unless faulty).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage to us and we advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracking the returned back to us.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Note that the refund value will match the price of the item at the time of which you purchased.
